so my boyfriend's 1st lax game was on Tuesday and let's just say it was not a great evening afterwards. I went with 3 friends who were loud and crazy and made me laugh so during the game it was fun and Robbie scored a goal which made me very excited! :)
Wednesday, I went with Robbie's family to his grandparents for a dinner of chicken pot pie. I don't like what goes into it so Robbie's mom made me one with only chicken. I felt like such an inconvience to them but I keep trying things I don't eat often or stuff I don't like (although I end up not liking the foods). while eating mine, I realized I still didn't like it. the chicken and sauce was good but the outer crust didn't appeal to my tastebuds at all. then I tried the original chicken pot pie which REALLY didn't appeal to my liking at all. I felt bad because for dessert was key lime pie. now I have never tried pies much and I thought this pie would taste good but the first bite proved otherwise. it was too limey and that's what I told them. they all laughed and I felt even worse when my boyfriends mom said "now what pies do you like so we can bring the right one?" or something like that. and she also asked if I crawled out of a cave which made me want to cry even though I knew it was a joke. I can't help having picky tastes for food (and clothing) I will always keep trying foods but I can't help it if I don't like most foods. my boyfriend later that night told me it was ok to be picky and that's just part of me. so that was wednesday.
yesterday was robbies 2nd lax game which was in Orlando. we left right after school, the game was at 6 (we got there first :p) and it was a sleepy ride back. it was a nice Christian school but they definitely didn't put so much mercy on us. yes they were playing their 4th and 5th string players buuut the score was 20-2. although the ride back was good and Robbie was happy. he made the 1st goal which was awesome. I sat next to his mom and we were both very happy and proud! :) he also faced off and they announced his name: "#7, Robbie (last name disclosed for privacy)". it was great. we fell asleep on the way home.
tonight I'm going to call his mom and tell her I'm gettin dropped off at her house in the morning cause guess what's happening tomorrow?! another lax game? nope. 2 lax games! there's a tournament in tampa. man that will be a drive. but I love traveling and it will be fun!! :) we just found out that there's a game vs a school called Leon. thts in Tallahassee. I've never been there before so it'll be cool but it will be such a long drive. I don't know how long, but long.
so this weekend?
- hw hw hw (lots of AICE/AP biology and some Pre-Calc and English)
- lacrosse
- sleeping. I need to catch up on my sleep!!
